My legs weren't very strong but I was able to double my weight bench pressing back in high school. I'm trying to get back up there but it's a lot more difficult when your 50 year's old.

1 year into working out and went from 120 to reaching 185 bench at 145 weight, if i bulk up to 180 i could get to 225 in half a year or another years work

Lower the weight to where it feels comfortable for you to deep squat at and then work your way up you’ll get it 💯
