In some cases yes this is true but this is 3on3 we’re talking about chip out is never consistent enough When you know everything as a big is not only stats it’s timing, ping an how well you can play an position yourself for ChipOut, but doesn’t overpower animations of rebounding all the time When u consider a lot of other things other than just how “fast” isn’t gonna correlate to other means keep that in mind
