Absolutely, he is great at playing what is right for the song without overplaying, and his timing is perfection! I wish they would let him do more drumming in the studio instead of using drum machines tbh, as it’s been mainly drum machines on their last 3 records I think! Edit-also he has great stamina, as EBM has the fastest drumming since their first/second albums, so most of what he was playing on this tour was constant 16th notes at around 150bpm 😅

ON STAGE, AT START THEY ARE BETTER THAN EVER. GREAT IDEA WITH THAT MUCH MORE AGRESSIVE SOUND, PULSATING BACKGROUND BEAT! NO WONDER, THEY ARE FOR YEARS IN MY COLLECTION, ALMOST EVERYTHING, RIGHT FROM THE START. I LOVE THEIR MORE AND MORE STYLE CHANGES, MUCH MORE HEAVIER SOUND. IT REMINDS ME ,OF A SUPER FINAL TENNIS MATCH ON US OPEN- NADAL(SPAIN) VS THIEM(AUSTRIA). THIEM WAS 2 SETS UP ,OVER NADAL, THE EVERYBODY`S FAVORITE . THIEM ALMOST HAD IT . WHAT NADAL DID?
