Ok so is the story telling me that the titan that killed Eren mother was done out of the predestiny that one day eren would use his titan powers to make it happen. He decided to do it because he saw that vision that made him realize that he would have to make that choice if he was to succeed in his goal. This may also be why Eren had to die because maybe the character wanted a happy ending with all the atrocious acts he would willingly make.

Isayama, the author, confirmed that Erwin would not stop at the basement. In fact, Levi did it for the exact opposite, to not make him continue to live with a sense of guilt etc... However, Levi said he did it so he wouldn't play the part of the devil anymore, he only sanctified lives when he was forcett like when he overthrew the government (he DID It without Blood) ... Expecially after that charge i think.

Okay, now can someone explain how SY was ever able to make those calls to help YS kill her mother if she had been held hostage for 20 years? Then she wouldn't ever be able to even access the phone and ever pick up YS's calls, and none of this would have happened. YS would have been dead as her mother would have killed her.

It’s not a time loop. Only the future can be changed. What happens in the past stays as is. YS would still have the knowledge of all those calls even if they technically never happened in the “new future”.
