This series should be titled "MIND and body reshape challenge". Day 10 today, still struggling a bit with the pushups but feeling stronger every day. Love the addition of stretches. Thank you Vanessa for making these workouts available. Warm greetings from the South of Europe

done! Really like this workout! The pushups/plank I did on my knees and the triceps pushups I did on the wall, wrists... My upper body is sufficiently sore!

@@Patrix___ Hi ! It just depends where you are located and what brands are available in your area for shipping. I used 'Resista' Brand bands to film most of the videos on here that use a long band like this. Or Theraband are also a good brand. 🙌✅️

@@pamelabellino2171 That's a great step forward! Breathing is really important for the brain/muscle connection and our overall exercise control 💪✨️ Your core will build over time for sure. Just stick to the full program and have that core awareness in other routines too 💯✅️

You can do most standing and tuck band under feet 😊🙌 Also check out the other routines on the Resistance Band Playlist- there is a good Standing Glute Workout plus some seated routines and other standing ones to avoid kneeling ✔️ Let me know if you need more help ok 😊

Finished! I modified the mountain climbers with my hands on a chair and modified the burpees. I increased the strength of my band as well.

I did it! I can do all the exercises except the leg lifts at the very end. When I am doing the double leg lifts laying on my left side I can’t lift my legs without pushing into the floor with my hand, laying on my right it is not a problem. I like this workout!
