Some of the yoga poses were a bit hard for me because it has been a bit for me and it all felt brand new again but i just wanna say thank you when you said take a second to remind your self that you're okay i really needed that

Thank you! It's really nice to have a prenatal yoga video that's actually a flow and not just stretching. Also the variety of poses is really nice...it seems like all the other prenatal yoga videos I've watched focus on side stretching and hip stretching. I'm excited to try your other videos now 💖💖

Hi Coach Brittany ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated. 😢

It’s hard class so try doing it in little chunks and then slowly build up.

I appreciate this video a lot. I just spent the last 20mins searching whether or not I should be engaging my glutes in cobra and this is the first video that even mentioned the glutes in this stretch. Will be engaging from now on thank you!!
