Hi! We are using ours which is the ness trampoline www.thenessnyc.com/shop/the-ness-trampoline-one-month-ness-digital-subscription/ however happy to provide some additional tips for shopping. When looking, we recommend trampolines with cords instead of springs for the smoothest low impact bounce. The problem with cheaper spring trampolines is typically that they pull the mat too tight which eliminates the low impact nature of it and can also be loud. Hope that helps!

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a Darchen rebounder from Desertcart which had a max capacity of 155kg and it broke while a 75kg person was using it. Desertcart are scammers and do not refund and are extremely frustrating. I cant find any way to contact Darchen. I wish I had seen this video before I spent $600.

Absolutely, I can attest to that. I am 67 years old and do 4-5 Ness bounce classes a week. I could never run that many times a week. You get all the health benefits without the wear and tear on the joints and ligaments. A jumping jack on a trampoline raises your HR and burns just as many calories as one on the floor.

Ok I used to do this in my bedroom in the 90s everyday after school.. cant believe its a workout now and am so glad it is!! Just bought one again now in my 40s.. although.. anyone know if I will fall through my floor?? In the 90s I was only 80 pounds lol
