The older lady citizen of hollywood is also Lady Lewellyn in Magic Kingdom as well as a "ghost" from haunted mansion. Seen her on KZfaq playing them.

This is hilarious! Do you always go to DHS to catch the Citizens? I want to go down for one day just to see them!

Definitely! I always make a point to spend as much time catching them in-the-act. They are hilarious!

You got one of the right moments! I caught Officer. Peabody and Dara Vamp at the top of Sunset and he was testing his "deduction" skills. It was hilarious. Then we caught Stone Granite (my personal favorite!), Paige Turner and Alberto Dante, later on we caught the Hollywood Public Works. Heard Betty was out that day! We didn't get to see her!

Hayley Mullins They definitely "make" the Studios! There is a (mostly) set schedule -- but always either at the top or bottom of each hour (until later in the day).

Yup - the "new" Mimi is hilarious, and Betty is a hoot! Melvin is definitely missed on the streets of Hollywood!

I was really disappointed when I found out that the actress who formerly played Mimi Kaboom was no longer going to play her. But after seeing this I am thrilled!!! Betty Shambles is hilarious, and the new Mimi doing great too!! Now if only Melvin Macheezmo were still in town.

This Mimi is horrible, she is not funny, I can't understand most of what she says, and I'm surprised Disney let her go out that way because it looks very much like she needs to put a bra on.
