The angle is very important! If you cut it angled theres more of the surface on wich the stem can take up water is exposed

Most home made fly traps with plastic bottles use Apple Cider Vinegar to LURE the flies into the trap. WTF ? How will this on my dogs body repel flies ? I can vouch i tried this and now thee are 20-30 flies around him....when earlier there never used to be. Dont teach these untested fake methods to people.

Think that would just attract them more. Many gnat traps uses apple cider vinegar to attract them. The gnats are fully invading my dog's space outside so much so I can't catch a break when I go to adjust his zipline to keep it tight.
