Don't focus on John Lennon's personal life. He wrote beautiful songs and had a great voice but his personal life had a lot of darkness. Let the good he put into the world be the legacy we remember. ❤️PTX 💕

Kirsten hits me every time I watch this song. Its just so amazing and a powerful song.

What you felt was a “Mitch Slap.” It doesn’t only happen on high notes.

Your face says it all. It’s hard to articulate how powerful the artistry of PTX is.

That was Mitch not Kirsten who did the high note

That’s how one should react to PENTATONIX. Well done.

Could I ask that you please stop the video at the end of a line, phrase or verse, so as not to disrupt the flow of the music. It's less intrusive, and easier to pick up the music after you finish. Thank you.

Definitely prefer Elton's version. I don't see Pentatonix's style as proper for this song.

I REALLY appreciate that you took the time to listen to the original before the PTX version. Some reactors don't know the original song at all, so they cannot appreciate that Mitch replicated Kiiara's electronic refrain without effort. Without knowing that, it's like.... yeah well it's a cool song... :/ So.. thank you for doing that! I appreciate your very thorough reactions.

I can't watch your videos anymore if you think PTX was better than Disturbed's version of the Sound of Silence. I know it's your opinion but I disagree.

First...thank you for reacting to PTX. I love this double reaction so much because I know the original and many people don't. What PTX did with this song with only 5 mouths, a clap and a stomping foot blows the original, with instruments, completely away...like obliterated it.

I don't really like the cover by Pentatonix, but I love the Disturbed's version. This song has been written for David in the '60......

I was around for the first one of 1964, and didn't pay that much attention to the lyrics. It had a nice beat and I could dance to it. Disturbed, however, actually made me listen, and hear what the lyrics were saying. Wow, just wow.
@user-yh8ik3xw8s11 ай бұрын
In 1964 when Simon and Garfunkel composed it, had a "great beat, and I could dance to it." In the scheme of things, it turns out, is a soft warning, of how things were becoming. In 2015 Disturbed covered it, and it actually made me digest the words, and the anger/rage showed through. The final group, PTX in 2019, gives one, for lack of a better word, hope.

I think you meant how much music has DEVOLVED. As bad as this reaction sucks, it's simply obvious that you don't truly like great music and musicianship.
