I'm not sure about it, but you might need to go for a repaint, because the silencer becomes very hot and any adhesive can't sustain, so repaint could be the options.

Not really, it's the same chasis with almost same dimensions i guess, may be because of design changes it might feel a little wider.

Depends on the material, Gloss PPF can be done in much cheaper price,also there are various PPF quality available in market starting from 6-7K
