Thanks. This was a mock run for putting out oil trapping booms…. So in the event that fuel spilled from the ship, I would touch the dock to tie off the boom and then back up all the way down the length of the ship while the boom man throws it in the water and then pivot the boat to touch at the other end of the dock to tie off there. It’s not crazy hard but tricky bc the tide is moving plus the water gets shifty around the ship. Take a little skill.
