I was 8 years old, my bday was the next day. I remember staying up laying in my bed at night watching this entire game like it was last night, sports give some of the best memories I’ll never forget that night I was so happy watching the 6OTs and cuse got the win I remember the clock striking midnight and thinking it was now my bday as I watch this game great way to start my 9th bday.

What stood out the most to me at the time was how much of an asshole Calhoun was at the post-game interview, throwing shade on his athletes who worked so hard, and I say this as a cuse fan. I remember watching this game at home, telling my friends around 11pm "I'll meet you at the bar any minute now, game's almost over." Any minute turned into two hours. They say I missed an epic night at the bars, I say they missed an epic game, no matter what Calhoun says.
