I got court on 7/18/2024 @1:00pm at the main jail where I will be keeping the judge in honor so he will have to do his fiduciary duties and his fiduciary duties to the beneficiary is to take care of my needs before his own so he is the all capital letters which is the same as my name but spelled differently because the judge is the trustee and I am the beneficiary my name is spelled like this Kevin Harmoning and for those who don't think that matters you better think again because it does and if you think it doesn't matter that DMV uses all capital letters you need to think again because there is only three things that identifies with all capital letters and that is a dead man ship or a corporation and also you need to know what a person means in law dictionary scenes 1822 person means corporate entity and I will be coming in to say I am at the age of majority and I can handle my own affairs and attempting to claim everyone's account to be given to them and all I can do is correct my status which I am a man who was created by God from the dust of the earth and given a breath of life into the nostrils and given a living soul and he gave us all a trust for the benefit of our future areas forever which is us was created by birth by the people and he gave us Dominion over law land air water that's the three jurisdictions we have on this earth which I have God's law's written on the table of my heart my mind is clear and my heart is for all and I stand with the law for the law and for justice to be served for we the people this includes the judge and the men and women of the law enforcement because this was done to them as well I will not challenge them I will only go to agree and they will agree with me I see it no other way and I can be no other way because I was raised this way so I need everyone that sees this message to be there at my court hearing to get what has been long awaiting for justice for all mankind in this beautiful country to claim we can't let this be policy procedures process to be in place anymore and we can't let there money $ in circulation any longer we have to stand together and for the law we need to respect them for there position because they put themselves there and let them do there duty's and if you can be of any help then you answer there question honestly so they can do there jobs and be efficient justice can be served I have no more rights than the next man I will not come any other way I can be no other way I was raised this way and we will rise when the honorable judge is coming in the room to think you are boss and you are going to sit there and kick your feet up I would be the first one to kick you in your but and put you in a cell and you can stay there tell you can conduct yourself in a right manner in the court of law you will respect the men and women in law enforcement because when we all run from a gun fire they are running to it and they are heroes let them do there job because they are needed how can we live in a free country and fight against the law or even challenge them I will only come one way and that's to agree and they will agree with me to I will know if I have a charge against me and so will the judge because I will ask your honor is this a private law if so that is attaining to the strawman and not me now if it is public law then yes there is a charge against me and the judge will take care of it for me as the beneficiary and not taken advantage of me again and I will be resolving the trust by appointing it the county clerk to give me access to it and give me what ever it takes to have access to like a judge to be trustee and zero it out on the public side and cancel all dedt I accumulated on myself and pay back the original loan then open on the private side with a debit credit card now it is still up to the judge if he thinks I am able to handle my own affairs it's his discretion but I also need the bank to know the symbol for my money is an S with two lines not this $ and what I need is everyone to have access to there's as well and to spell my name the correct way Kevin Harmoning I am not either of the three things that identifies the all caps and because God's law's are written down on the table of my heart and it's our humanity that is at risk and it's policy that is going to be in place that the people will not know what is going on I can't let that happen knowing what I know we need to get the money back in control of the people of this country and know where it is going because they are not managing it responsible at all and we need the Bank to know our symbol for money is an S with two lines and not this $ we aren't even using our own money we are circulating paper around like as if it has value who knew this stuff well I do now and I need the law enforcement and the judge to know I love them and the judge has history to be made and that is for justice to be served for the people of this country because our humanity is at risk with them putting there policies on us and the president is nothing more than a puppet for the unelected officials corporation and they are running this country into a war I don't know what I am going to say in court because I am not coming with a script I will be going with what I know and how I was raised I will be letting God flow through me so all I can do is keep my mind clear and not think my thinking will get in the way so it will be something that will have to be seen because it will be God using me but know I have been doing it for over a year now telling the public the people who they are I have been putting it to practice and I have been only watching things of truth and watching it over and over again to get it in my soul because I see love in everyone and that is what God is and that's what I have been looking for love and it's in the people
