Hi Matt - thanks for the comment. So currently the sentiments are not customizable - mainly due to the reporting layer is dependant on those particular values. However you're not the first person to ask that, and are considering making that change. Regarding your 2nd point, in the video, I'm referring to the monetary values that are displayed in the hero tiles across the top of the dashboard. In the demo, it is showing an aggregate of MRR values for each account. However every business has a different metric they use to quantify account value, so we made it so you can select any numeric field to be displayed. This change can be made in the settings section of the app.
