I think you are a beginner with 1000cc bikes. The Euro 4 models are a bit harsh on the throttle, so for beginners it's easier to handel with e-gas. And to exelerate with quickshifter. You have to learn to stabilize your right hand with 2 fingers on the brake lever and to shift up without throttle. Then it's clear, that Euro 4 is quicker. Where are you from? I'm from Switzerland. If you are near, let's have a ride. We will see, who's faster.

the old model is harder to drive, as the colleague here also writes, in the video you can see that the guy can't shift gears and is revving at completely wrong speeds. Euro 4 is of course faster than Euro 5, even if the new engine is better tuned (but also a few kg heavier, larger tank). Euro 4 = not restricted, from 8000 to 11/12000 pure power Euro 5 = restricted or regulated at 10000

Pozdrav, ovako što se snage tiče, ima i više nego dovoljno, posebno odziv na gas je momentalan. Sedenje položaj odličan, nisi skroz uspravan ali nisi ni nagnut na rukama, skoro pa ispravljen. Vetar ubija naravno, vizir je preporuka ali mi se ne sviđa ni jedan kako mu stoji... U vožnji pogledaj testove po KZfaq, retko koji motor da je tako dobro povozan, ja sam prezadovoljan što se svega tiče, za krivine najviše 10+

Cisto ne vjerujem da su stavili agregat star 18 godina u nov motor. Ovo je masina od novog RR sa varijatorima na bregastim.

Yes i know, Akrapovic still don't have full system for mine. I will do decat soon. This is maybe 10-20% better but not enough. Decat will be soon as possible. But for now the look is much better with Akrapovic haha

If you went to the trouble of de-restricting both models (full exhaust, filter, ECU flash), the new generation model has lost about 8 to 10 peak horsepower due to different cams, smaller throttle bodies. Suzuki did this for emissions compliance, Euro5.

@@sidineiperondi6351 i think i am thr only one who have some problem with GSX-S. I have some problem with throttle i think, when i change the gear sometimes i lose the throttle in a second and then it's working... I am waiting for Suzuki to fix the problem. But everything else is perfect

@@Tini1117 I have the exact same problem, it feels weird. Did they fix it for you?

Its a good bike but yes it has common problems. The quickshifter isnt that great at low RPMs, at higher RPMs there is a slight possibility that the quickshifter just cuts out and the bike will hard engine brake for a second, but then its normal again. The paintjob and display is scratched very easily, so apply some stuff to protect it. Otherwise very smooth bike.
