I think that assuming neither one had a significant size advantage GSP would outclass Anderson on the ground. I dont think that GSP would risk a stand up fight against him. So decision to GSP in my honest opinion.

then thats not sceience ,its just so they dont get bored,there are many ways to do that without making up new minor variations on exercises and charging a fortune fo them.Eg.i know jack all about american football but could train a team for fitness just by looking at the game or studies on its physiology,i dont need a course in" NFL conditioning".mma fitness is a gimmick at the moment

never taking any courses with him, but send some of his dvd and his has some good info, that gets you thinking some i use some i don't. I would be disappointed if i took a course by him and it was disappointing. Very true a trainer can coach S&C in any sport if they know the principles. You can do it with basic functional training movements and train them for what ever there training for, but some athletes that have been training for years love to see new things to try that will benefit them.

if course i dont know everything,but i know as much as santana for sure and have done a few of his courses before for cecs and was not impressed.If youre a qualified trainer,you can coach S and C to any sport,physiology and anatomy and principles are universal.

If you need this course maybe , but if your a great instructor continuing to expand your knowledge and learn more and keep growing all the time you can probably take something from and even learn something the other participants that instruct out there. Anybody that thinks they know it all when it comes to training in martial arts is a clown and shouldn't be training, because this industry always offer something new to learn everyday. however the money rack thing might be true,

if you need this course,your a clown who shouldnt be training anybody.An educated coach can train any sport to anyone,the science does not change between sports.This is just a money racket.
