Nah i disagree. i've been using it for months, it shaves better, the foils are cheaper and last longer, more convenient with USBC charging, and it has a high review on aliexpress (basically higher than any aggregate review on the braun) Disagree if you like, i still love this shaver and friends i've recommended it to also agree.

By the way dude, i spend far more than i make on affiliates to make the reviews. i buy products i like, and review the ones i find useful. my goal is to save people from getting ripped off on products with high mark ups. i just add the affiliate links because why not, it allows me to review a couple extra products every now and then, basically my priority is trying to help people find affordable products. 👌👌

Well, i can't be sure, but it's advertised as polypropylene, it's not an expensive plastic, i don't see any reason to mislead about it. i think by now other plastics would have degraded or something but seems intact after almost a year.

Yes, i'm not that in to coffee but i reviewed some coffee products and it seemed like a popular topic, the comments were all generally well intentioned, constructive criticism, it encourages me to explore the topic more and answer questions, make follow ups etc. And yeah, i have seen this same product sold locally for more than twice the price, so my goal is more to show people that you can get a good deal on identical or functionally identical/ same quality product for much cheaper prices, hopefully help someone save money. not just in the coffee niche. I also find coffee also fits nicely with many other niches, camping, travel, i'll be exploring portable options such soon too, should be fun.

@@enricovilla6312 well, id mostly refer back to james hoffmanns videos for the aeropress. Understanding the aero press and the ultimate aeropress technique. But basically, dont imediately press through the coffee, put the hot water on top, put the plunger in to have a slight vacuum so it doesnt just drip through, let it sit for ~2 minutes, then stir or even better give it a swirl (same effect, but the swirl is more convenient) them let the beans settle for 30 seconds and press it through then. Grind pretty fine, i found good succes with about 15g/200ml. I dont have an opinion on the sweetener but it feels wrong.

Yeah, i picked the braun because it had good reviews but i've probably spent more on replacement foils that it's worth, cheap one seems to shave better regardless so far, not sure about longevity but as the whole unit is less than half the price o just a new braun foil, and replacement foils for the cheap one are avaliable for it around 4 usd, it seems like a no brainer. plus the wall plug is a pain in the ass.

It's made from food grade Polypropylene, same as the aeropress.

You can change the fineness of the grinder, i'm not really familiar with expresso or how fine it is, but i would imagine so

its good quality, mine still works perfectly. would recommend it

Havent got around to using it yet, i had a memory card for it but the card was malfunctioning so i put it away and forgot about it. thanks for reminding me, i'll try to get to it in the next few days

It's likely the same plastic. the branded one simply has a higher markup for the brand. its marketing thing.

coffee brands are different from fashion brands, sure they markup the price but I'm sure the expensive one use a different material. I have both the original aeropress and the knockoff one, they absolutely feel different, the orginal one feels more solid. and you can look it up on youtube there is so many people comparing the og one and the fake one @@angrykieran7515

I love how people just say things without ever fact checking them. Most, if not all, of these copycats are made from ABS which is entirely BPA free and foodsafe.
