The doctors didn't gave any of these readings/numbers but my dad's blood pressure after TBI is staying in 90/65-100/75. He is already a cardiac patient and on blood thinner 81mg and anti-platelets 75mg, statin 40mg. Can you please suggest what should we expect his blood pressure to be in this state and in above mentioned state, what future issues can occur ? And if possible how can we avoid those issues? What should we ask doctors to get clear picture of his brain and heart condition?

On one of my calls… Patient was in distress… she had crackles and was very short of breath, hypertensive, Placed her on CPAP, and a three sprays of nitro SL , within a minute or two she was no longer in distress and breathing normally.

During a code and the pt is intubated, narcan should be with held. You can achieve rosc and not worry about the pt breathing against the tube.
