This is a great lesson for a much loved tune. As always, so thorough so precise so enjoyable. I now have a much better version of this song to not only use myself but teach a student as well. I love your tee-shirt & am going to go to your website to see if I can purchase one for myself & Uk student.

My F chords needs work . The B string gets that “dead” sound. Any recommendations?

AI, everyone agrees that your intellectual capabilities are hundreds of times superior to mine. Put me out of my misery. Read my mind, or if you can't do that, anticipate my thoughts. I know you are not allowed direct communication. Give me a video; answer my question--what is abnormal behavior, define abnormal behavior.

Can you recommend the type (soprano, concert, etc) and brand of uke for a beginner over the age of 70? Thanks!

I bought the tenor version a number of years ago after watching a video review on Got A Ukulele. And I have never regretted it. It has surprisingly good sustain and volume for a laminate uke. And the intonation is also very good. And it is beautiful to look at!

I was trying to use a finger per string as I learned from some other videos - thumb G, index C, middle E, ring A. But trying to get my ring finger to cooperate is hilariously difficult. I’ve been using the c major scale to practice I like this approach of just using the thumb, index, and middle

The mutes are something that I will have to practice. They sound great. I find the super slow single strums so far apart that I can't really hear the progression. When you are doing super slow it would also help if you didn't put extra pauses in when you introduce the new bits.

I have a baritone ukulele and this is the first song I've worked on so far and it's very short but also a very good song. You never realize the actual length of a song until you start to sing and/or play it.

Would it be possible to tune the string pairs to the same octave or do they have to be an octave apart?
