I find the easiest thing is to just say *'NO'* , especially with a manipulator/narcissist. If they seek clarification, I will add *_'Absolutely No'_* . Manipulators will take any reason you give and twist it around and keep you engaged in the discussion, therefore NO, PERIOD is my preferred method. Any answer that's not definitive will keep them badgering you

Exactly!!! I have the exact same problem: not seeing the (intent of) manipulation but the desperation and insecurity behind it! And I always, always only see it afterwards - when it's kind of too late already. I've tried so hard to fix it but it just won't change and I've beaten myself up over it so badly. I always felt so blind, as if everybody naturally sees somenthing that I just don't.

Hi Anita I partially agree with you but why to think so much about manipulators? We must rejoice in the company of manipulators also as what happened when polishing job is done, only diamond shines not the polisher... These people who manipulate are like the fog or cloud in the sky which can hinder sunshine for sometime but in the end you must remember when times come there will be light again... That's the beauty of Truth 😊😊😊 I don't know your case with manipulators Anita but I would like to say " see the future you see, the work you want to do, the belief and Truth you carry is your of own --- No matter how much manipulators try to manipulate the situation you will reach your final destination means what is meant for you cannot be taken so why even think about manipulators? It's just waste of time...!!! 😊😊😊" You know Anita sometimes manipulators challenge happens for good also as life wants us to explore more or grow more... Like take your case you came out of cancer, being dead and again to life but don't you think you have created a belief system about God's, spirits, rather than giving a try and exploring more about how your mental power healed your cancer or is there something beyond what you saw after being dead...??? Did you even try to explore more Truth rather than creating a belief system tell me...!!! Another point Anita manipulators cannot destroy you, me or anybody completely as if you read book of swami vivekanand he accepted this Truth in regards to religion or community of people that you cannot destroy somebody completely as this is not nature or law of nature so it's hundred percent true... Think with this perspective even if somebody destroy you or me completely still what will remain our idea's and books so there is nothing to worry it cannot be destroyed even if manipulators want... Now I think you better understand...!!! 😊😊😊 Neways my destination is different I have to explore what finally buddha found the Truth not just bookish and here I'm relaxed just chilling, enjoying life while happily preparing in backyard for my exploration for Truth with books practice etc etc I also know the fact that it took 6 year's of hard work for buddha to reach Truth and I laugh how much time it will take me as I will start after 50 age of my life??? Hi Anita, what do you think about souls that came into this life with the intention of challenging and discovering themselves. I am currently in a situation where my physical body is in unbearable pain due to many hurts in my life, but I also notice that it is because my soul wants this challenge and can overcome anything, even now. Is it possible to break it and to communicate that this is enough, and I no longer want this challenge. Is the change possible? How do I get my soul to decide this?
