I really like the way you put the recipe altogether in your videos! The absence of sounds and any explanation since we're giving it for certain, the focus on the ingredients and the product, the way each shot concentrates on every part of the process, shows a great care both for the food you make and the video editing, it separates it from many cooking videos like this. In most Romance languages the word for bread it’s really similar to “pan”. In French the word for loaf is “Miche”. So in fact this is really a bread and chocolate

I think it’s challah. The dough looks enriched and I believe you’re rolling out the strands of a challah 😅. I made a sourdough challah with tangzong (a roux that’s used in Asia to make bread soft) and it was sooo good 😊

That's exactly right! I love the tangzong technique and use it for some doughs I make. I'll have to try it with a sourdough challah, sounds delicious.
