Hey For cab when we landed first at phuket airport from there itself we booked cab and you can do the same but do negotiate hard as they bring down the pricing. Also for boats you can easily find various shops in market in krabi and phuket both and book Instantly but do bargain as they reduce price. Dont book prior as weather condition can make you change plan.

No Buddy its totally upto us. I went there to have Lunch and tour both but then realised for paying 2000bucks is not worth it for food so took only 500 tour ticket which was Valid for 1 HR
