No, divide your hip by 3 then minus what you used for your crotch length which is your hip divide by 4 what ever you you have left use it E.g 40 ÷3=13.3 13.3 -10 =3.3 which you can just approximate to 3 or you use the 3.3 Remember the 10 is your hip divide by 4 which is your normal crotch length.
