Sucre is Bolivia's constitutional Capital. La Paz is an Administrative Capital or Seat of Government Capital. Go to see dinasour tracks, go to Tiwanaku ruins for a day. There is a museum to the left from the Plaza Murillo Cathedral right on the corner or u can ask anyone. This museum is worth visiting to learn Bolivia's history.

You would be surprised how much food you can fit in a small fridge, how little you need a freezer and how much doesn't actually need to be stored in a fridge. We have gone 3+ weeks on the road with our little chest fridge without any issues. Without the freezer you also don't have drainage issues.

I’m half Lithuanian. So grew up eating this food, but I think it was poor farmers food. My grandparents were poor farmers who legally migrated to the US. The bread was amazing, sauerkraut with Lithuanian sausage or sardines, baked shredded potatoes with bacon and bacon fat, rolls stuffed with ground meat. Super hearty food, and other baked and fried sweets. I wish they were alive today to see these videos and reconnect with their many extended family members. My grandmother tried writing letters but we felt they were probably intercepted by the then regime behind the iron curtain. She spoke of Vilnius.

You are also going to need a small (since no shower/toilet) grey water storage for the sink/fridge. also another reason to put the sink and fridge close to each other. Looking great soo far :)

Just a note referring to the zoo bit, in Ecuador zoos usually have native species that have been hurt by poachers or are sick, in the zoos we try to rehabilitate them of just give them a permanent home.

The only issue with the kitchen area is getting to and from the cab of the van to the living area. You may want to lower the center part of the counter to allow a space to walk through.
