I applied to Tampa PD and came out number 6 on their list. During the employment interview, I was asked if I ever smoked pot. I acknowledged I tried it while in the army. I never bought it or sold it. Just tried it to be social and accepted. I was disqualified for being honest. They either hired liars or nerds. Mostly everyone has tried it. I'm sure they've changed their policy since.
