I appreciate the restraint. If I was writing this, I'd want to put the melody in like a 5/8 crossbar polyrhythm or start modulating only the accompaniment. This is why I'm no longer legally allowed within 200 yards of a piano.

ザウアーのエチュードやこの作品をを見ると、トリルは特徴的で素晴らしいがその他の表現はアルカンやショパン、リストだったりの焼き直しに感じますね。 ただ彼のピアノ協奏曲はモシュコフスキらに並ぶ後期ピアノ協奏曲の金字塔とも呼ぶべき素晴らしさなので演奏の機会に恵まれて欲しい限りです。
