Yup, it's very crispy. Cook until you see the edges turning brown and middles form bubbly.

Hello...is it not to put egg in it? And..is 1.5g almost like less than ⅓tsp? Because my weighing scale is not weighing 1.5g...😅it will only start at 2g...thank you kindly for your help

It's contains egg. You can see again the video. Here's the ingredients • 250gm all purpose flour • 4gm baking powder • 1.5gm baking soda • 120gm water • 20gm egg • 3gm salt • 20gm oil • oil for deep-frying And 1.5 grams equals to 0.30 teaspoons. Make sure your oil enough hot for frying. Happy trying😊
