James Galway paved my entire life's journey. He was my inspiration since I was about 11, when I started playing the flute. I had his tape (haha) and listened endlessly. It got me through some terrible times in my life. I didn't have money for lessons and just mimicked his techniques down to every breath. 30 years later, I've retired as a professional musician. I came across this video today and thought... maybe my soul needs to play again. His music never gets any less beautiful.

Some people have the gift of being able to talk for hours and days and weeks and months and years and still sound very interesting all of the time, some other people can talk for 2 minutes, and you want to leave the room, leave the building get out of town immediately and never come back whilst that person is around. I would be very happy if James Galway would stay around all of the time, he would be the most interesting person to listen to

I have a Muramatsu EX III which I play and is personally the best one I have owned. never tried GX to compare. I think what surprises me is that apart from a couple he played which stand out. The Sound is very close to each other on the others

I love that he altered his pitch without even having to check his flute was in tune. I could never do that. I always had to check. This man inspired me to take up flute and I loved and still love listening to him play so beautifully.

2,4,7,11 richer, fuller, probably blending more in a band or flute choir. Liked them.

Please prepare for the wedding of the lamb. The bride of Christ must be found without spot, wrinkle, or blemish. He is coming back very soon. Many people have been receiving rapture dreams and visions. Everything written in the book of revelation will be fulfilled. These are the Last Days.

The original was played by a classical player, not traditional. The heavy Galway vibrato adds a lot of movement to the notes without ornametations. But even he threw in a few ornaments: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nqiBmZR0u5e-lqc.htmlsi=_3vTmgh13rynPXUb
