Do you enjoy being in the Air Force ? I’m praying to join by the beginning of 2025 but I need to lose weight. What’s some tips you’ll give to someone going in ? Workouts , etc ?

I do enjoy it, it’s the best branch out there! There’s a lot of tips i can give as far as going in but specifically working out i would run. Running is a big part during BMT and while you’re in. If you weren’t told you need to lose weight just go in, you WILL lose the weight i promise.

I don’t ! It was the best decision of my life. There’s pros and cons just like everything else in life but depending on your way it’s great. I just love being able to still have a regular life outside of the uniform

I have a special place in my heart for those that serve and have served in the military so that is was initially brought me here. I stayed bcuz of your personality and the fact that you were sharing a portion of your life navigating day to day while serving this country.
