I was at the futurity the night Custom Mahogany was the reserve champion. She put on a great run, but wimpy blow everything else out of the water.

An average ejaculate will impregnate 8 mares.... not 15

I have 37 breeding stallions, how many do you have? If I say that Titan can impregnate 15 mares in 1 ejaculate on average, I mean it.

@@michaelmiola1554 With all due respect sir, the comment made in the video said "the normal ejaculate on a stallion will cover 15 mares". The comment didn't specify any one stallion, but generalized all stallion numbers. CSU states 8 is the normal average for a stallion and they collect inside and outside stallions all day long, all breeding season. Some can be much less and some can be more. I have 1 client that has a stallion that has large ejaculate numbers, who is also collected at CSU. But most are around 8. The comment starts at the 12:10 mark

@@michaelmiola1554 Maybe it was a bad decision with the editing crew and they didn't realize what they were cutting out to condense it, giving a different twist to the conversation you were relating to the audience. Who knows. I just know that's not the typical average (though that's an incredible bonus in a stallion that does, especially when you have a big line up of mare owners wanting to breed to him! YAY!!!). I started looking through some of your stallions. So sad to see Conquistador Whiz passed away. I have a Topsail Whiz grandson I bought one year ago. I'm still keeping my eyes open for more complimentary mares for him.

Silver Spurs only sells weanling's and yearlings. We have a couple of yearling's sired by Titan left.

I did not know that Titan was deaf. Likely because he is nearly an albino. And because he is a stallion and being used as a stallion he can pass that on to his babies. I wonder how many of his babies are born deaf.

most gunners are deaf in general typically if they have the big bald faces and they are gunners they are deaf, a deaf horse can obviously be a champion gunners are extremely successful in the reining pen

Uh no, it's about giving great stallion genes to people so they can have incredibly bred horses. A well bred horse is extremely important for work and trainability.

This is quite informative! Personally I'm a huge fan of the Hollywood/Hollywood Gold bloodline....I've never met a more intelligent, people-loving, and cowy horse! Not to mention those huge, but soft, brown eyes!!!

Euan Jepson . I think it’s more responsible to breed with high quality horses for high quality foals. There are way too many casually bred/homebred horses out there with poor conformation and bad minds.

Wow, congratulations and well done to you Michael Miola and Clinton Anderson beautiful horses beautiful people beautiful property, fantastic knowledgeable staff too. It is so good to see one of the best of the best facilities not only for the humans but for the horses too. I’m really looking forward to seeing the future videos of Titans progeny, and others, which mares you choose and why, and their progress from thought conception training through to the new owners. Terrific video keep up the great work looking forward to the next vlogs, reining trail etc. Do you also produce silver spurs merchandise?
