I’m so hype and so sad I missed overdrive on newer consoles! This was a big game for me on the 360 (rip marketplace) I own battlegrounds for 360, PSVita and Steam. I was aware of it on switch but thought I had time to quadruple dip, only to find out today it was delisted since march 💀 I heard there was something unique on the switch version and if it true then I’m double sad! But I’m so happy to see a revival, I preordered the collector’s for the series X and Switch ❤

Once again, buyers are taken for morons. We buy, we support, then devs f*** us by releasing a "new" updated version and ask us to buy the game again. No massive discount, the game is not free for previous buyers, nope "pay pay pay!!!" I'll pirate that game, i'm tired of being used by the devs that have no respect for their players.

I am so so happy to analyze this video and im grateful that they decided to go with the original Phantom Breaker:Battle Grounds mechanics. I noticed there were no after image combos, guard cancel into dashes works. i noticed they added air dashes. I hope they got rid of the forward roll and kept the back dash. So much of the OG PBBG community would be looking forward to this game if it really is a remaster of the original Battle Grounds.

I don't know, it just doesn't feel right without the in game sound effects. I wanna hear the voices when I inevitably gonna spam that 1 move with Cocoa or laugh at the guy belly flopping while yelling "dynamite" and "sexy"

@@Dongled It's just a trailer. The song was probably made for the trailer itself and won't have any bearing on the game itself. Also, the song in the trailer is a cover of "Move" by I Fight Dragons, who did a music video with the game sprites from PBBG. So there is a valid connection.
