To convert to the new Adobe Express file, all you need to do is click on your old design. Then, it works its magic on the back end and opens the file for you. If you don't see the new file, refresh your page and go back to "files," and it should show up. It's a little tricky to see in the video.

This organisation does not carry through to the brands section of adobe express.... only the libraries. Is there a way to carry it through to the bands section?

Unfortunately, this organization structure has changed on Adobe Express since we uploaded this video. However, you can still use the Creative Cloud app, which I shared here, to organize and access your content.

This should have worked for you. Since releasing this video, Adobe Express has enabled a smoother transition. If you still don't see your old folders, we recommend contacting their tech support, as it could be account-specific.

Great question! Unfortunately, you can't switch back to the old version once you use the new version. However, this applies if you click the "migrate your files" button at the top.

@@Theone_marvel if you haven't clicked on it, you should be able to work on the old version. But you may not see those designs on the new version. Once you make the switch, you can't go back to the old version. Is there something that is making you hold off from making the switch? This can also help us create content for others in a similar boat.

Right now, Adobe Express doesn't offer the ability to change how your voice sounds. It's only using your own voice.

I would link it to a page where you are leading them for your call to action. It could be a Facebook Page or some place where they can get in touch with you. That way you don't have a missed lead opportunity.

@@esaugalindo4733 For the restaurant, you could host the menu somewhere on the cloud, like Google Drive, and get the shareable link to use as the code. The only thing is that if you update the menu and get a new link, the old QR code won't work.

I watched a whole video - which was helpful - really helpful if you already knew stuff. If you didn’t already know stuff - the template she was using for the helpful video looked like EXACTLY the video I need "Create Reels in 3 Steps" alas - this video does not appear to be real Wah. If anyone knows how I can learn (fully I like to know the whys) what I need to make a reel. Only a reel no other interest in AE at this time. Please respond thanks.

Would love it if someone like you would explain step by step how to create an Instagram reel with AE. And by step by step I mean it. Step one should not be upload your video -. What is really missing from all the "help" content including yours is a primer of what the heck is even happening when you start a reel in AE - what are pages? How do they relate to segments and scenes - what are these three distinctions referring to? It seems logical to create multiple pages but then they are not really pages - as when you make a video it creates a different video for each page. Ok, so they are not "pages" as defined by Adobe already. So, now I must assume that "pages" in AE means "artboards" also as defined by Adobe in illustrator. So, pages are artboards, now what??? Hope this crazy paragraph helps to illustrate that AE if you are a lifelong adobe user, we need help. Spark was 100% better.

These are super helpful! Curious, as I organize in the creative cloud desktop window, the brand organization isn't showing in Adobe Express. When you go to (for example) create a flyer or poster, how do I get the brand assets to be visible to pull from?

Great question! If you want the designs to appear under your brand kit, you'll need to add them as a template. To do that, open the design, go to the top menu, and next to the download button, there are 3 dots. Click on that for a drop-down menu that gives you an option to "make a template". Select that, and make sure you select your brand kit library. And it will then add it to there. We'll make a tutorial for this soon.

I guess I don't have to worry too much about putting a logo over the code right in the center? I thought that degrades the scan quality and could cause issues with them not scanning for people?

Great question! In the many tests we did, we noticed that the code didn't read when we placed it over one of the 4 squares in the corners. While the logo in the middle works, we had to add a subtle white border/background behind the logo to make the code easier to scan. Let us know if you get similar results.

I would suggest getting a template from the place you want to print with. Upload the template to Adobe Express and use that as a guide to design your card. Then, before you save your file for print, delete the layer with the template.

¡Hola! I'm glad you find these so helpful. To answer your question, you can create a higher quality by making your dimensions 2 or 3 times larger. For example, instead of making a post 500x500 px, make it 1500 x 1500. Then save your file in Adobe Express as a PNG with transparency. Since your dimensions are larger, you will have a better-quality image that way.

Nice one ! Well , how do you turn them to CMYK ,many designs at once (time wise !) Your prints are so bright without using CMYK (seemingly) !?

Great question! This was one of my concerns since we need CMYK for print. I did contact MOO support team and they can take our files from Adobe Express and convert them. And the colors came out fantastic. We just have to keep in mind that we will see some differences between RGB and CMYK.
