Loved the suit but found that the shorter zip is limiting and wouldn't accommodate my shoulders, when putting it on and taking it off. I had to phone a friend to get out of it! Sadly sent it back for a refund.

Hi! Is there any bust support in this suit.
@thewildswimstoreКүн бұрын
Hello Kathy! So sorry for our late reply. No this swimsuit does not have any in built bust support. However, we find that if you wear your normal swimsuit underneath it works well :) we have just got a restock of these swimsuits in FYI. Head to www.thewildswimstore.com to check them out :)

Hi guys, probably a stupid question but do you know of a male equivalent for this type of swim wear (long sleeve but short in the leg), even 'short' wetsuits go down to the knee which I don't enjoy? Enjoying your videos, cheers.

After 2 years of swimming only in lake (I don't have a workout schedule, but usually swim for 1-1,5km) the first time I came back in a swimming pool and had to check the black line on the bottom I realized how much I suck 😅🤣 Now I totally get it when you say the importance of training in swimming pool if you want results 🙂

Yes they are very different: can you use one over the other. Yes a surf wetsuit you can swim in. But it will often not be super comfortable. I would never however surf in an open water swimming wetsuit

What is the thickness of your wet suit sir? Is 3mm wet suit for my spearfishing isuitable for swimming?
@thewildswimstore7 ай бұрын
Hey there! The wetsuit is the Zone 3 Agile and is made up of a combination of 2mm, 3mm and 4mm panels. We are not too familiar with spearfishing wetsuits. But the wetsuit in this video is made specifically for swimming, including flexi shoulder panels, so makes it easier when swimming in it. We would always advise to use a wetsuit designed for swimming if you are going to swim, as they are more flexible than surfing wetsuits etc :)

Is it ok to use tow floats in swimming pools?
@thewildswimstore8 ай бұрын
Hi there: it will alll depend don the swimming pool's policy
@JohnnyTheCache8 ай бұрын
nice video - my 2 cents: If you get a cold water shock in a wetsuit, you should get a different size, model, accessories.. also an undervest makes a world of a difference in cold water. Seriosuly it can be so nice with the right equipment. But every body is different and also suits stretch and loose shape over time.. its difficult
@thewildswimstore8 ай бұрын
Hi Johnny, Definite on the nature of the fit of neoprene: It does stretch over time. The cold water shock element though is something no matter the fit you will always feel when entering the water: Wetsuits unlike dry suits work by letting in a thin layer of water, which will always be cold at first (if swimming in cold water). Then over time this layer is warmed by your own body which in time keeps you warm, as well as the wetsuit keeping you protected from the other elements, like windchill. There's a good piece here on wetsuits: education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/wetsuit/#:~:text=Wetsuits%20insulate%20the%20swimmers%2C%20or,neoprene%20and%20the%20wearer%27s%20skin.
