The only character that can be more hype or maybe equal, if talking about Tekken originals gotta be either Jinpachi or Ancient Ogre. If it's a guest character then it must be either Akuma again, which i would find very weird to have a second time, or Ryu

Him being a DLC character probably means he's going to be a little busted at launch, which means that nobody's going to believe me when I say that he's been my main main (MAIN) since 1998. But also, it'll be nice to have him benefit from a system that benefits aggressive play because he's the most aggression oriented Mishima by far.

Honestly at this point, the only other Tekken character that may match the hype would be Kazumi or Bruce. Ideally, a last minute reveal of a dual character reveal would be just as hype. Otherwise, the only thing MORE hype than Heihachi would be a killer guest character like Tifa or Kiryu.

Only thing more hype than Heihachi reveal is a guest character reveal. Bruce won't be nearly as hype, and Miguel would be hype but it'll pale in comparison to Heihachi. If Namco wants to continue to just give us good characters with a decent amount of hype, then I say hit us with Miguel, Armor King or Anna. If they just want to add good characters gameplay wise, Bruce will work along with Miguel. But for a full HYPE overload, it's gotta be a guest character to outdo Heihachi hype.

i honestly didnt played T7 for long probably about 170h. but always played Heihachi or Miguel. With Tekken 8 i was really sad that there was no hei nor miguel. So i started playing lee. But now....
