Just so people know, the night time one, that comes in the bundle, contains calcium and magnesium. Also they make an iron supplement sold separately. As far as the fiber is concerned, i try to get mine to eat wheat bread, broccoli and he takes liones mane which also has fiber :)

you used less ADDED sugar, but don't the berries already contain sugar?

Thanks for sharing the results of your experiment! USDA recommends not to leave food in the danger zone for more than 2 hours. Based on the results of this experiment, the OmieBox thermos food is NOT safe to eat after 4 hours. Other thermoses perform better though. ask.usda.gov/s/article/What-is-the-Danger-Zone

Wished my mom and dad did this when i was struggling to eat anything else but drink milk instead of force feeding me. Honestly they were young parents fresh out of teens years, but they gotten better at parenting as i grew.

Is whole milk a better option for kids? Our old pediatrician told us because of a family history of high cholesterol…. We left that pediatrician for other reasons but now I’m second guessing everything she ever told me 😆
@michellealvarez104415 күн бұрын
They say from year 2-3 whole milk is recommended but i think its because kids r transitioning from only milk to milk and food to just food. But my first hated milk once they started eating and he ate cheese and yogurt instead
@lissajedi15 күн бұрын
Why limit?
@michellealvarez104413 күн бұрын
@lissajedi a 1 yr old should only be drinking 2 or 3, 8 Oz cups of milk a day. They shouldn't be depending on milk as a main source of intake.

I find when kids don't like something it's usually because they don't like the taste or texture. Maybe you should cook better and they willingly eat their veggies.

LMAO. okay this is a bad way to say it. but i definitely started to like vegetables more when they got cooked different than just steaming and such. Oven roasted anything to make it crispy is so good

Yeah I saw a Russian how to convert to metric the only thing is I had it the yeti small size one and it was 250 at 15 minutes perfect eggs Only thing is the yeti gave out and didn't want to heat up anymore so I bought a larger one tried the 250 for 15 minutes and they were soggy so I'm going to play with it

This is one of those instances you run across an odd food concept, like peas on pizza and you realize humans are just bizarre creatures. Like I get the logic, but the texture is just bad lol To each their own.

I didn't do any of that. They were fed the same thing we ate and was never a problem. Just don't feed them crap to begin with. They will not know any better until they are older. In the meantime, you have given them the groundwork to build upon. Our kids had a very sophicated palate at a very young age.
