@KrakenMediaPro Hey this is great. I'm curious what you think: I already make music in Logic Pro and understand it pretty well and want to use it for audiobook narration. Just wondering if there's other reasons you would steer away from it besides the learning curve? Some technical aspects I might be unaware of? Or (what I think is most likely) if I'm already comfortable using it and navigating around it, there aren't many downsides to an advanced music DAW?

At least for the parrot Pro, the principle of attaching the camera is the other way around. You hang the teleprompter on your lens, and not the lens on the teleprompter. I guess for the Desi it's the same principle. Otherwise, good video.

I've heard gated audio in some audiobooks and it stands out a mile. I'm a narrator/voice actor and produce and master my own audio. The only difference between my process and yours, is I use Cubase 13.

Chapter #1 is so painful...

I just started this process today, and I got to the point of uploading my audio that did not meet the ACX requirements. I started researching ways to correct this, and to make my story short, after all of my searching, I came across your video and watched it a few times. I was able to download what was needed, and I made the changes to my audio files. Now I can upload them to ACX!!! Thank you for your videos. I am a new subscriber and will be watching more of your videos! 🙌🙌🙌💥💥💥💃

Can you use an iPad Pro (with usb c microphone) and use voice memo for ACX?

Do not subscribe to Audible, it is far too expensive! There are many DAW programs that offer free downloads and a free trial period. Most will do the exact same thing plus a whole lot more at a far more affordable price. When I wanted to cancel my Audible subscription they told me they wanted $103.00 to cancel according to their fine print. Buy a DAW, some sell for $200 -$300 and you're done paying forever.
