Roofs gonna need a new rubber roof and a few ton of slag. It’d make a good grow facility for sure.

BMS downsized and moved employees in house. They closed other facilities thought the country. BMS offered WFD employees the choice to relocate to the NJ HQ or be laid off. So much talent lost, other companies benefited by hiring those talented employees.

Manitowoc Cranes NOT being manufactured in Manitowoc is akin to Chewy's running out of beer on a Saturday night or kids NOT underage drinking in Silver Creek Park...still hard to believe they pulled out.
