As Canadian I have to say: Toronto is aka the butthole of Canada, Montreal and Quebec City are aka the nuts of Canada and Ottawa is the prick of Canada. Toronto takes a cr@p on Canadians, the political reality of Quebec has their sanity in question (( Provincial Party the Bloc sitting in the NATIONAL Parliament and their mandate is a free + independent Nation of Quebec so their presence is treason ) and Ottawa doesn't even try to use lube before they shaft Canada.

The Palace of the Parliament is not a must see: it's what ceausescu wanted. Many nighborhoods were destroyed for it and Unirii Boulevard. All talk about mici (as Anthony Bourdain was saying once: a sausage without peel). Sarmale are brought from Turkey. Ciorba is not a sour soup but a pottage. You pronounce badly. Allover, there is no dracula or warewolves in Romania, we don't eat people, romanians are friendly, safety is high (take an uber or bolt), prices are not low, lots of places to discover (not the old town full of bars - in Bucarest) and, probably I am biased, we have great looking young ladies. Worth Romania a try ? Sure !
