Pure Barre is VERY effective! It's also expensive. If you want results, you have to do it right. I found out Sunday, it finally dawned on me I need to be incorporating more empowers to accelerate results

I liked everything EXCEPT how many people are cramped into a small one room. I’d love more space to work out in. I canceled my membership after the month.

Pure Barre is not necessarily about burning calories. It’s about getting more movement in your body flexibility, balance, cardio and targeting, usual, female, target spots i.e. inner thighs, core-belly, butt etc. I actually do my own hypertrophy weightlifting after my barre class or before sometimes but I do both.

I’ve only been using this for a month and can already see the difference. Didn’t expect to see anything till maybe month 3 but SURPRISE

At what age should I start taking it? I’m 25

I feel like these ONLY work on fine baby hairs. I have thicker darker hairs on my chin (stupid PCOS) and these strips remove exactly zero of those hairs. They took off the thinner hairs around it so I know I'm using the strips correctly but they cannot remove the thicker hairs. Such a bummer.

I've taught box-fit classes, at a previous boxing gym that closed due to financial difficulty during the pandemic. New Classes arrive early for a 10 min basic boxing fundamentals, position, stances, basic punch instructions. Warm up 2 min active stretch, 6 minute jump rope, 2 rounds of basic forward, backward, lateral movement, 4 rounds of shadow box with gloves, 4 rounds on heavy bag with 4 basic punches(1,1,2, 1= jab, jab, right cross, jab), end with a 6 min strength conditioning intervals (1 min intervals x4 with 30sec rest in between)..All box fit rounds are 2 minutes ..takes 40 minutes. Correcting the boxing stance and punch technique throughout the session. People aren't just coming in throwing wild, sloppy punches wit incorrect posture, etc. Injuries occur when these punches are thrown incorrectly. Also the classes will involve different bags after a a couple weeks, heavy bag, double end, mitt work, so the classes don't get old. People mistaken the performance of box-fit classes as competitive amateur boxers at times.

I actually had found some align pants in the store in my size for only 49 bucks and now man I wish I would’ve picked them up felt so soft and the price was much better

Do you still use it? Comes to about 360 bucks a year give or take.

This product is a game changer! Used it consistently for 3 mos and there is a HUGE difference in the length and volume of my lashes! Wish I knew about it earlier.

I just started for a couple of weeks. I am starting my lift journey. I would be sore and recovery for about 3 to 4 days. Now only about 1 to 2 days recovery now. Feel good skin glowing and knees not as sore.

Will my lashes fall If I stopped using it?

You must be getting paid to do this review. Other reviews say it causes a discoloration under eye and I can attest to that. Something is wrong with this product. It works with lengthening lashes but like products that promotes lash growth have to be used everyday.
