If comparing Orville and Wilbur from both the Rescuers movies, I would say that Canadian comedian John Candy must've taken in the reins of actor Jim Jordan, who voiced Orville in the first movie. In my opinion, if at any chance that they had to include American comedian and actor Buddy Hackett in the movie, he would join hands with John Candy, because you know, Buddy Hackett voiced Scuttle, a seagull in The Little Mermaid (1989). If Wilbur flies with Bernard and Bianca, then Scuttle will join with him, because you know, Scuttle's a fantastic flyer! It's like an albatross and a seagull flying together. That's what the old proverb saying goes, right? *_Birds of a feather flock together!_* RIP to all 4 of them: _Buddy Hackett (1924 - 2003)_ *He was not in this movie. John Candy (1950 - 1994) Eva Gabor (1919 - 1995) Bob Newhart (1929 - 2024) Their memories I will cherish forever.

There's a seemingly striking comparison between both Wilbur and Scuttle. If Wilbur can fly, maybe Scuttle can too! Because of one thing: Wilbur is an albatross, and Scuttle is a seagull.

I would have to agree with you there on your opinion. My family would be laughing to the max if Buddy Hackett was included in the movie. It would be 2 times the comedy fun! A comedian with a thick New York accent like Scuttle could be flying with another comedian with a Canadian/American accent like Wilbur. Seems like there is a resemblance comparison here: Wilbur almost looks a lot like Scuttle from The Little Mermaid! The Disney character and animation team must've had a direct passion for specific birds that can fly.

Putting Scuttle in the mix will be much hilarious overall to the fact that if there already was Wilbur, we can easily add Scuttle in this movie. Unlike Wilbur, he's a specially trained albatross - whilst Scuttle over there is a one-of-a-kind seagull who, in fact, knows all about human stuff!

@@littlejohnandbaloo9701 Uh, but didn't we forgot about Orville? He himself is an albatross, and he's unlike an older brother to Wilbur! Both Orville and Wilbur have seemingly striking appearances than that of Scuttle, the seagull from the 1989 animated film "The Little Mermaid". Both of their names (Orville and Wilbur) are almost well-known to the title of _"The Wright Brothers",_ whom suddenly have made their first airplane contraption. It's interesting to know that two of the albatrosses gave their names to "The Wright Brothers" in a Disney film, which I quoted in various reasons.

The Albatross and Seagull Airlines -- or better yet, *_Wilbur and Scuttle Airlines!_* A fair fare from here to there! Who'd have thought of the opinion of adding Buddy Hackett to the movie? It's a genius work of art! Realizing that someone from NYC with Jewish origins made its way through the movies and beginning with Disney in 1968 has already been a star in comedy and into the world of the movies, and posthumously becoming a Disney Legend afterwards, I would say as a Disney fan, I love that opinion! The artists, actors or voice actors, and the whole Disney animation team would be laughing about that indeed! Just think that a seagull is able to join in the fun with an albatross on his side!
