If Mark has been "dumped a lot" then how has he been dating the same girl since before he started FaceBook? Is he talking about a girl he asked to the school dance in the 5th Grade?

You can see he deflected and misdirected the narrative. You can see he needed to say something that satisfied the Audience with laughter, give a statement that was true granted no the question that the audience wanted answered about how wardrobe. Gotta give him props he knows how to pull the wool over the masses eyes.

"Hollywood cannot wrap their heads around that we just want to build things" - No, Zucc, it's just that in storytelling there needs to be a conflict in order to flesh out the characters and to be interesting.

This is soo true. They did the same with Napoleon. Ridley Scott made him a twat who is thirsty for women and because he couldn't get one, he conquered half of Europe. All this shows the underlying jealousy they have for successful people. These people are successful because they are more smart and more ambitious. Period. We don't need to invent excuses to make ourself feel better by bringing them down to our level.

meanwhile, Facebook's 2012 "Trending" tab telling a completely different story about these so called "intentions" with bought and sold, AI-validated toxic content for the masses to share with all of their friend circles at potluck dinner zuck's response: it's because the "algorithm is broken" no, it's not because the algorithm was broken - it's because that's what you wanted the algorithm to do - otherwise you would have just taken it down. Mark Zuckerberg ruined all of my most cherished friendships and I will never forgive him for it. He did this to everybody who signed up early, when it was "colleges only" in 2004 - 2006. In fact, if you look at the "polarization" of our world today it starts right there. It starts with us. WE - are ground zero.

Can the subject of a film that portrayed them negatively who has a lot to lose be construed as a reliable narrator?

Zuckerberg talks about the movie like it was supposed to have the accuracy of a documentary... It was a dramatization inspired by true events.
@zachmorley1588 ай бұрын
I hate how corporate people speak like every little word they utter publicly can and will be used against them in the court of law - and they aren’t wrong for it. In Zuck’s defense, if he admitted to any of the film’s validity he would have countless journalists and FB shareholders punishing him for it. Our system of lawyers, journalists, and HR departments turns everyone who doesn’t consciously keep their integrity into smarmy, whinny, shadow-frightened assholes.

Notice he gets nervous , the actual framing of the movie is not him trying to get girls. He started a website that had people vote if colleges girls were ugly or pretty. Then transformed that site to a social network after stealing that idea. This answer is so sad. No wonder he paid lobbyists to tell Congress to ban TikTok 😂 Facebook , I mean Meda lol , is dying. The movie is accurate
@OSCARESCAPA Жыл бұрын
So pretty much if that is the ONE point he is trying to correct... then every dirty detail we saw and cared to know about him and the creation of Facebook is actually true. Who cares to know what your motives were, nobody! ..we all cared to know if all the dirty things you did were true and if you didnt go directly to try to correct those details who speak directly about the kind of person you are, then pretty much you are admitting they are true.

it's really sad that although the movie made him look despicable, the popular opinion about him was not as negative as it is now, very depressing to see how his public image has totally gone to waste...

He should honestly thank them for making the Social Network because it portrays him as an actual human being, albeit arrogant and a dickhead, but a real person nonetheless. Which, if I were him, would rather look like than the robotic lizard person he comes off as now whenever you see a video of him talking.
