Watching this video and the previous has been incredibly inspiring, we're gonna do a "shed" expansion in a similar fashion in the next few days. I've been a little worried because honestly we'll be doing it out of necessity as well, so the worry really comes from knowing It's really our only affordable option. Get yourself a trenching shovel. It is narrow and easier to work with when digging in our mountains here in Appalachia. This is how I dug my spring sans the rods. 750 feet from house, gravity fed. Best tasting water.

Definatly go back and add nails they are stronger and have more shear strength screw are harder and more brittle as you can tell when you hit one with a hammer and it snaps off instead of bending like a 10p nail

This is awesome. My dad is a master builder/craftsman from Norway. We all grew up in the trade & had to learn most every job. Glad to find your channel when you have already started. I will be bing watching for a bit. 😁 And i feel the same way about screws. My husband does now too. When ee build our home 25 years sgo he learned how great they are.
