If i bought a speedmaster the first thing i would do is drain all the fluids, that would be necessary to keep it in my living room, I would sell my TV and just stare at it.

I just bought a 2024 Trail S 1000 ultimate. This machine is a beast! There isn’t a trail yet wider than 50” that this thing won’t put a hurt on! Most up hill climbs I’ve noticed can be done in 2wd High and nailing the throttle to the floor and hold on!! Great machine!! I’ve put a winch, windshield and rear panel in it so far.

IMO the Scout 101 should have mid controls! That bike is bad ass tho! I'm curious if it also has a Brembo caliper on the rear? I'm also curious who makes the front and rear suspension? I wish there was an Indian dealer closer to me so I could take a look at one in person.

I had a '16 p500 and on paper it seemed like just the ticket for me but it was burning an alarming amount of oil by 5000 km. I maintained it by the book since I had intended to keep it for a long time but sold it after 4 years. Frame rust, frame rust, frame rust.. rocks and dirt kicked up by the front tires blasted all the paint off the frame and the rust spread back from there. I actually had to remove the gas tank, floor and side panels to wire wheel and repaint the lower part of the frame with VHT when I was getting ready to sell it in 2020. For the price, they could have include some plastic guards to protect the frame like Yamaha does. You sit right on the engine so it's way too loud and way too hot. There's all the space in the world for a glove box but you can't even get one as an accessory from Honda. Rear cargo rack was a bit useless and this has been fixed but the other issues are still enough to turn me off when I'm in the market again next year.

Love the machine. Hate the tires. They shake badly. I added balancing beads and it has calmed it down a little but still disappointing.
