This is what is known as professional jealousy. People like this just annoy everyone. Not helpful. Gundry is not perfect because nobody is perfect. He is willing to LEARN and REVISE. Let me suggest that she write her own book and fill it with thousands of footnotes and references like Gundry does. If she does, I will read it. And I will keep reading Gundry...working on the Gut Check now, and I'm blown away. Stay away from traditional allopathic "doctors". At the very least, if you go to a doctor go to one that practices "functional medicine" or "integrative medicine".

Don't get caught up in studies. Let people try the diet and see how they feel. If they feel better, then clearly it works.

Dump the white flour and oj. Nothing will save you from a glucose spike if you’re eating things with no fiber and they are high on the glycemic index. The reason it worked with salad is because there was fiber and protein in it. You can’t equate a OJ and bagel with healthy salad and say ‘maybe’ about acv. It’s not magic, it’s science.

I started eating organic rolled oats for breakfast a few months after experiencing various gut issues on and off for more than a decade. It almost instantly supported my gut health. After about a month I started eating low carb breakfast instead, or did intermittent fasting, and within two weeks my gut severally objected. So I went to my organic rolled oats oatmeal breakfast and my gut was fine again. After another couple of weeks I couldn't get the organic rolled oats so was forced to use instant oats, or porridge oats as they are called here, and it took me about a week to realise that I was snacking or eating something more within an hour after breakfast, every single day. As soon as possible I went back to the organic rolled oats and the cravings stopped again. I eat mine with honey and cinnamon, sometimes sometimes with berries, and I only use water to cook them in. No milk of any kind. I stay full for about 4 hours on roughly 1-1 1/4 cup uncooked oats. The difference between the two types of oats was huge for me.

very very informative and so well explained, I would love to see the exact same test but with fasting, I mean, no smoothie at all, I do IF OMAD and I train really hard always with fasting (I'm an amateur runner, I break my fasting after training) I wonder what happens in this particular case. Oatmeal is probably the worst food you can eat. It contains high amount of glyphosate (pesticides) and cadmium (heavy metal) which are linked to cancer and more...☠

Thank you this was helpful. I've always been confused by the need for the Ozempic which I believe is a GLP-1 Agonists which mean they bind to the receptor for GLP. So why not just give GLP-1 ? is it because the natural form of GLP-1 degrades very quickly while the Ozempic sits on the receptor and stimulates it for hours upon hours? Therefore its long lasting as opposed to the endogenous form of GLP-1. Is my thinking correct?

The Glucose Goddess indicates how your second experiment failed: no salad before the bagel and orange juice??? And you can't "science". (verb) a hypothesis with just one experience on one [complex] subject---yourself. Plus the sexy blouse... I dunno. A very strange video for something that could have been more balanced (pros/cons and scope of the experiment), and less of an appeal to manufactured obviousness. :-) Not just consent can be manufactured (Chomsky); generating epistemological obstacles when teaching science to beginners can also be a problem. Would have loved to see you compare oat bran to the others in your test. I mix oat bran with chia, raisins, banana, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pineapple. Add some cinnamon and vanilla, and put a weeks worth of breakfast in the fridge.
