How come all the new developments don’t come with a service lobby and separate service lift from the main lift lobby? Can you imagine all the refuse, cleaning carts, removal, and etc will have to go through the main lift lobby. It will create issue for future dog owners as they might not be able to use guest lifts. I do hope the duplex penthouse comes with separate service entrance for refuse and delivery, especially for something over 5000 sf. RM760 psf is decent price for midrange.
