Soak you radiator with simple green then scrub gently with hot water and soft bristle brush then flush to clean the coils. If your motor was jammed even if you freed it the shaft seal failed and you got water in it and it seized. If it seized once it’s not long for this world, replace it. Or just go ahead and risk it but you never know where you’ll be when it seizes next. Leaving you high and dry and needing a pull toy pull to get you back to the trailer.

These videos are very helpful, but I have a 2022 850 XTP. There are no videos for it. The service manual says the whole front module has to be removed, all of the plastic, and even the bumper and winch. I ended up taking it to the dealer and telling them to put in a new radiator!! Now, I will put it up for sale and buy something easier to service. NO MORE CAN AMS OF ANY MODEL!! Even an oil and filter change requires too much disassembly!

What’s a service manual? 😆 Yeah I’m not sure about the XTP MODEL. I also had an Xmr and I serviced it myself as well. Not sure why you would have to do all that for the radiator most of these frames are then same. My friend has a Polaris and he says they are way easier to service. Good luck with your next bike. 😮😮😮 im having a sputtering issue on my 2022 450 OutLander also. It only starts doing once I've been riding for about 20-30 minutes. It's still under warranty, but I don't wanna turn it into a shop until I do my problem solving. Thanks, and I will subscribe Texas out 😊

Check the plugs or wires make sure they did not get wet. Pull the plug and clean it if dirty. Water in gas?

The weight and size of the tires play a big role in speed too. Same Tires’s 570 would have won. But year it’s very impressive.

Hey buddy what size tires will the 450 with a 2” bracket lift clear?

I have 30 inch cryptids with no lift, just xmr shocks. With a 2 inch bracket lift you should clear 31 of 32. I’d recommend Aztecs if you are mudding they seem to be light and pull in mud. I might get them. If not mudding then motohavocs or bkts.

@@Dickson219 before I installed the shocks off an xmr they would scrub a bit when I hit bumps. After not at all. I always recommend more power when you can but I like how light the 450 is compared to other bikes. Plus cheaper to maintain. If you put bigger tires I would recommend a cvtech clutch makes a huge difference. No clutch kit tho.

@450outtygang with the dalton clutch kit I didnt notice any difference plus when I put the cvtech clutch it caused it to jerk. Put original spring back and it worked perfect. I’m looking for some 30 Aztecs myself

Naw original quad is a 2019 outlander 450. I put on a bunch of xmr parts off a parted out 570xmr. You are correct they don’t make a 450xmr from factory. But I did. 😂
