My dad had glasses for near sighted since his mid 20s. He turned 60 last year and when he went in for an eyesight check they said he no longer needed glasses. I have no idea how that happened but i wish i knew the what he did to fix it.

I grew up in Taiwan in the 70s. more than half of my 9th grade classmates have nearsightedness. 6-9th grade is the worst. I saw more and more classmates come to school w glasses including myself. By 11th grade my eye sight were -6 -5. Everyday from home to school classroom in the crowded city Taipei, we actually had fewer chances to see things faraway. I watched lot of TV too. Make an effort to go outside. Play some ball. I sent my kids to tennis lesson and we did lots of hiking. I think when playing ball your eyes get exercised too.

Well isn't myopia near sightedness. So if your eyes help you see near work and you do near work that's good right? And if you spend time outside looking far away your eyes get less miopoc.so we have adaptive eyes. Thats kinda cool. And then we guve people glasses which increases people doing near work stop giving them glasses they will have to go outside and look at something instead ..

The biggest improvement which has stopped basically completely digital eye tiredness or digital eye strain is the modern screen technology. Since not all monitors are up to the most modern technology, there seems to be some people who still get digital eye strain. I went through the CRT monitors which where the worst tech ever and most likely damaged my eyes. Those early 1990's and 2000's CRT monitors caused lots of eye strain. Do never use them again. Then the flat monitors showed up which where basically LCD monitors. Those caused as well eye strain since the picture angle was just right centered on the flat screen. What causes digital eye strain? This: Forcing the eyes to look for an sharp image on the screen and that is caused by constantly forcing the eyes to look for the right spot for best angle of attack on the picture on the screen. That constantly monitoring tires the eyes since they force themselves constantly to get an sharp image. That is the root cause of digital eye strain. The lack of focus on the monitor screens so the human eye constantly tries to focus without rest. As well an LED screen on an laptop does no good for the eyes. As my 17" laptop screen forced my eyes constantly as well. Which makes the difference and is the single tech which solves the problem of digital eye strain? That is the IPS technology. The In Plane Switching technology give an 178 degree sharp image (basically 90 degrees from all sides and top and bottom) automatically. The IPS technology provides some sort of an autofocus for the human eyes so the image is allways sharp from 178 degrees angle. THAT made for me the game changer and the only difference. Plus my monitor has an ambient light sensor which automatically adjusts the monitor brightness according to the optimum for the human eye using the ambient light sensor. Plus it has an eye care package built in (BenQ 24" IPS 1080p 60 Hz monitor) so I can manually reduce the blue light 30% or 50%. Then my glasses have antireflective which my optic says that reduces the blue light about 20%. So my monitor has an pergament or kind of beige colour background which is supposed to be the best for the human eye. Also does the screen of my smartphone and tablet having an pergament colour background. With my IPS monitor I can now sit on the screen basically 8 hours straight without getting tired on the eyes. What makes a difference is as well the size of the screen. Do not use an screen smaller than 24 inches. 17 inches is to small. A tablet can have an 7 to 9 inches screen but then you are not supposed to stare at the screen constantly. Do not work on the tablet and not even think of working or gaming on the smartphone. A smartphone is for phoning, using once in a while per day WhatsApp or messenger, checking occasionally the email and that's it. A tablet is only for entertainment. Do not watch movies on the tablet lest smartphone but for movies your desktop monitor of 24" or greater is there. A tablet is for watching KZfaq videos, occasional email check and occasional surf on the web - that's it. The tablet is majorly for listen to the KZfaq videos and the occasional look at the screen. All other tasks like typing this comment must be done on the 24 inch main monitor of your desktop PC. An too small screen, being it IPS or not will damage your eyes and tire your eyes pretty soon. Screen size matters alongside the IPS technology most. An built in light sensor and automatic light intensity adjustment by the monitor helps as well big time. Then your glasses should have antireflective and UV400 protection. As far as I know only the brand BenQ has such complete monitors with eye care package built in as hardware. This is my personal experience and I believe it can be valid universally for most people.

I am reading that Omega-3 effects might not be 'the same' via supplements than when consumed from fish (such as mackerel or salmon) as the former doesn't typically include the active phospholipids that cross the blood-brain barrier (eyes are neural tissue). Consider krill oil or other type of omega-3 mix with the phospholipids - and always check the ingredient breakdown on the label!

Ummmm. Been legal blind my whole life. No vision in my right eye, and little in the left. It takes getting used to I’m sure, but it really isn’t as frightening as people make it out to be . I’ve asked folks who lost their vision later in life, and they were like “well, it wasn’t as scary as I thought.” Finding the “why” should definitely be a priority though.

Have you seen Teslas catch fire 🚒🔥 or know how long it takes to put them out? How about them power stations? Not a chance I'm letting him tinker or put anything in my melon, get bent. Ever heard of Hackers??? Didn't take long for people to start hacking Teslas after they came out and now it's a common way of stealing them. Be a guinea pig if you want but not me, I'm going out the same way I came in this world, no tattoos, earrings or extra holes, just as God intended. Heck I can build a pocket jammer, or EMP what would happen then. If I could build that what could someone with bad intentions do hahaha your dumb if you even entertain the thought of doing this BS, but Kudos to their marketing team Bwahahahahahah

I have long suspected that the move by Rockafella in the early 1900s to start dumping waste from his petrochemical empire into food packaging has had extremely depremantal effects on all parts of our biology. Sodium fluoride alone actually created quite a stink in the 1960s amongst some scientists, but the amazingly convincing 'machine'* seemed to efficantly sweep those concerns away through subtle misdirection, as is the case with many such events. And I'm talking outside of the Dr.Strangelove paranoia to other examples, my favorite being the villian in the film 'In Like Flint' where during his insane rant as he is dragged away he pleas with those around him 'Don't let them fluoridate your water!!!', indicating that only a madman would consider it unsafe....Or Boris Johnson saying people who don't want mRNA vaccines 'nutjobs'. Blue light? The collective mixture of many industrialised additives, sweetners and even microplastics? On top of the lack of open air time, views of the horizon to exercise the eyes I could see this coming. Although it was a bit blurry! * Rodger Walters or David Gilmour version.

1889 - AC deployed.... "Influenza" starts to become a yearly occurrence...AND, there was the 1889-1990 Pandemic 1918 - Radiowaves initiated.... By 1919 "Spanish flu" WW2 - Radar waves initiated, satellites in Van Allen belt, another "flu" episode 1968 - more satellites sent to Van Allen belt.... Hong Kong "flu" 2019 - 5G is initiated... 2020... 5Genocide is officially here and folks are nonetheless wiser.... The impacts of 5G/60 GHz are not widely published. Here’s what we know from big telecom company promotional material: “60 GHz has a very distinct impact on none other than oxygen itself.” Yes, articles from companies touting benefits of 5G admit 60 GHz is absorbed by oxygen as seen by this graph. Oxygen the atom is O. Oxygen the molecule is 02. Two atoms together. These two atoms form the oxygen molecule and share some electrons. 60 GHz causes electrons surrounding oxygen molecules to spin, akin to how high-powered microwaves running on 2.4 impact molecules in food such as water. They’re heating, in part, by impacting those molecules to rotate or oscillate with each wave. The movement energy from the rotation of these super tiny water molecules helps heat the rest of the food. In a similar way that 2.4 causes H20 to oscillate, 5G/60 GHz even at low power causes electrons on oxygen molecules to spin, changes to the spin frequencies on oxygen electrons impact human biology. When you breathe air into your lungs it gets oxygen into your blood, brain, tissues etc. and oxygen entering your lungs gets picked up by a very important iron containing protein called hemoglobin in your blood. The impact of oxygen molecules spinning the electrons is that it makes the hemoglobin unable to uptake the oxygen and get it to the rest of your body.
