Like others have said, no actual practical information was given. A list of common jobs/tasks that each level is best suited for would have been incredibly helpful. Higher = safer and grams needed to cut means little to regular people/DIYers wanting proper PPE. I was hoping to learn what the minimum level is recommended for certain jobs/tasks so that I can be protected while having as much dexterity as safely possible.

I hate how it absorbs sweat and then you have smelly gloves if you work with them too much. Even if you wash them they still end up smelly.

I think it would be helpful to see a break test video for gloves at different protection levels. Drawing a difference A4/5 may be difficult, but say if you break a thick piece of glass in a A1/5/9 (granted there is some puncturing effect which is different) it could make a point. They have videos like this for rock climbing gear. Seeing that my carabiners take 6000 lbs of force measured on a crane scale really increased my confidence in the equipment for rock climbing.
