I've never heard him speak German I'm not 100% fluent in German but hearing him speak it after hearing him speaking English for YEARS it almost sounds forced I don't know why and yes I know he's Austrian and that his accent is a very strong Austrian accent

Austrian has a slightly different cadence than urban German, like Munich or Berlin. It's a little bit slower, like a country boy.

This is wrong. Schwarzenegger is austrian and does have a very obvious austrian accent. Its still fluently german... but... with an accent. And its not a big deal fo me/us as an average german.

Its a certain austrian accent (Steiermark) - and yes - this accent is more rural cause in the Steiermark most people live in small cities. The biggest city is Graz with about 300.000 people - for a small country like Austria this is actually quite big. But all other cities in this region are maximum of 25.000 people. But actually... germans usually dont know the differences in austrian accents. They notice its somehow austrian and thats it.

I can hear his American accent very clearly. I had the same issue when I lived in Australia for almost 2 decades. Dutch accent sounded very English for a few years.

Actually - no. Its an austrian accent that indeed is from a more rural area but average german people only notice that its somewhere from austrian. It is not focused on being a farmer.
